In a first for the removals and storage industry Blue Lion has been awarded the coveted Jones Lang LaSalle National 2016 Vendor Innovation Award (VIAP).

VIAP submissions in the categories of Technology, Client Experience, Productivity, Risk Management and Environmental Sustainability were assessed by a panel of senior Jones Lang LaSalle staff. This annual program acknowledges vendors that value add and work in partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle whilst, positively impacting Jones Lang LaSalle clients through innovative initiatives, and excel in their field of expertise.

Blue Lion has successfully partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2007 and jointly provides relocation services for numerous national clients including ANZ Bank, Telstra, IAG, and a number of key Government accounts.

Also, a finalist in 2015, Blue Lion won the 2016 award for the development of a proprietary client software allowing the creation of an online virtual storeroom. Live asset tracking has created service efficiencies as well as significant cost efficiencies through the centralisation of asset management.
